Suzane San is the CPO for Rakuten Medical and was one of the first administrative employees since joining in 2015. Suzane has been instrumental in the growth of the company by leading overall workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management. Suzane has over 20 years' industry experience working with companies such as iTherx Pharmaceuticals, Epic Sciences, VantagePoint Labs, and the California Institute for Biomedical Research (CALIBR).

Suzane obtained her Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) certificate from Wharton University of Pennsylvania Executive Education in 2023 and has an MBA in Business Administration and Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting.
